Selling via Paypal using Paypal Buttons
Paypal offer a simple way of selling online using their Paypal buttons and their financial processing gateway. The benefit of this is that you are offering consumers a safe, proven, internationally well known way of paying for the transaction.
If you only have a handful of items to sell this is an ideal and straightforward way of selling online. The consumer does not have to be a Paypal member already as there is an option to pay using your creadit card.
There are several different types of button available depending on what your requirements are;

1. Straightforward ‘Buy Now’ button – suitable for buying a product when there is only 1 version of it – eg; a hat that comes in one size and one colour only. Postage has been preset and will get added to the shopping basket at checkout.
2. ‘Buy Now’ button with a customisable drop down menu – eg; for adding colour options or size options.

3. Adding a 2nd menu of options to the product – eg; a range of colours plus a range of sizes to choose from;
4.’ Add to Cart’ button – for use when you have multiple items for sale and the consumer can select more than one item and add them to the cart; a ‘View Cart’ button allows the consumer to view what’s in the cart and make changes if needed.
